
Hartigan Properties was formed by Tim Hartigan in November 2003 to
develop The Townhomes at Southpark Lofts, a 15-townhome development
in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of the City of Atlanta. Mr. Hartigan
has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior
to forming his own firm, Mr. Hartigan was a senior officer with
The Cannon Company, one of the most active developers of multifamily
rental housing in metropolitan Atlanta during the late 1990s and
early 2000s. Prior to joining The Cannon Company, Mr. Hartigan
was a Principal with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc.,
the industry's largest real estate investment advisor. During
his eight-year career with Lend Lease, he served in a variety
of roles, including asset and portfolio management, mergers and
acquisitions, marketing, and new business development. From 1991
to 1993, Mr. Hartigan worked in office and industrial development
with Prentiss Properties in Atlanta where he was the project manager
for PATH, a joint venture that produced the master plan for the
redevelopment of Techwood/ Clark Howell Homes prior to the 1996
Olympic Games in Atlanta. Mr. Hartigan also worked for Cambridge
Development in Herndon, Virginia where he developed Southgate,
a project that was awarded the Northern Virginia chapter of the
National Association of Office and Industrial Parks 1990 R&D
Building of the Year Award.
Present
and past affiliations include the Greater
Atlanta Home Builders Assocation, National
Multi-Housing Council, National Association of Industrial
and Office Parks, Pension Real Estate Assocation, Pension Advisors
Consortium for Technology, the Advisory Board for the NFL/Youth
Education Town, and the Executive Board of the Marist School Alumni
Assocation.
